As a growing company that has doubled in size in the past 1 year, recruitment is high on our list of priorities. We are very, very selective about the agencies that we work with and find that, very often, we only work with an agency once or twice before we end the relationship. We have worked with Wrixty Services for over a year now and they have recruited for and filled a large number of our Domestic roles. Aside from their success rate, I find Ian, Wrixty Services and their team, professional and helpful. They really listen to what our needs are and the type of candidates we want and I never feel as though they are sending CV’s to me for the sake of it. They are also very adaptable to our changing needs and never complain when the goal posts change or we are slow at giving feedback! Due to the great service and the standard of candidates they have provided over the past year Wrixty Services will be our go to agency for our India team for the foreseeable future.
